At Salisbury Pack & Post, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and provide reliable delivery through trusted courier partners.
Packaging Product Orders
We stock a wide range of packaging materials including boxes, mailing bags, bubble wrap, tape and packing supplies.
Order Processing
Orders placed before our daily dispatch cut-off (where stock is available) are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders received after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

We use trusted delivery partners including:

- Other specialist courier partners where appropriate
The courier selected will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Shipping Costs

- Delivery destination
- Selected delivery service
The final shipping cost will always be displayed before payment.
Click & Collect
We're happy to offer free collection from our premises.
Collections are available during our normal opening hours once you've received confirmation that your order is ready.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking can usually be accessed using the link supplied in your dispatch confirmation email.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Keep all packaging.
- Take photographs of both the packaging and contents.
- Contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours).
We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders
International deliveries may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT
- Customs clearance fees
- Local taxes
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the items ordered comply with the import regulations of the destination country.

- Transit times are estimates provided by the courier.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply before the parcel can be re-dispatched.
